The Road Begins Here
For 100 years, DeMolay has helped young men build the skills that matter most: leadership, confidence, and character. See what the Allentown Chapter can do for the young man in your life.
BUILDING TOMORROW'S LEADERS
Real Skills. Real Confidence. Real Results.
In a world of screens and short attention spans, DeMolay gives young men something rare: the chance to lead. Our members learn by doing. They run meetings, plan events, speak in front of groups, and serve their communities. The result? Young men who stand taller, speak with confidence, and carry themselves with purpose.

OUR PROGRAMS
Squires (Ages 9-11)
The foundation starts here. Our Squires program introduces younger boys to the values of teamwork, respect, and service in an age-appropriate setting. It’s the first step on a path that builds confidence and character.

DeMolay (Ages 12-21)
Where boys become leaders. DeMolay members run their own chapter, elect their own officers, and take ownership of everything from community service projects to charitable fundraisers. This is leadership by doing, not by watching.

A Century of Building Leaders in the Lehigh Valley
In 2026, Allentown Chapter celebrates 100 years of shaping young men into confident, capable leaders. Join us as we mark this milestone.
SAFETY & PARENT INVOLVEMENT
Every advisor in our chapter has passed Pennsylvania State Police criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and sex offender screenings. Beyond what the law requires, our advisors complete mandatory training through PA DeMolay, including youth mental health awareness. Parents and guardians are always welcome and encouraged to attend any event. You never have to wonder what happens when your son walks through our doors.
